What’s the turnaround?
Photography and floor plans are delivered within 48 hours. Matterport tours are typically published within 24 hours of the shoot.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is applicable on Visto Studio invoices.
Do you travel?
Yes. Mileage is charged at £0.70 per mile for jobs further than 5 miles from my office in Hale. No charge within the 5-mile radius.
How do I choose a package?
Pick the size bracket that matches the property’s total floor area. If you’re unsure, send the postcode — I’ll check and confirm.
What file formats do I receive?
Full-resolution JPEGs for photography, branded PDFs for floor plans, and a public Matterport URL for tours.
Can I re-schedule?
Within 24 hours of the booking — no charge. Within 12 hours — 50%. Inside 2 hours — full fee.
Do you work outside Manchester?
Yes. Core coverage is South Manchester, North Cheshire, North Wales and Birmingham. Further afield by quote.
Can you do commercial / bespoke quotes?
Of course — drone surveys, developments, schools and Gaussian splatting are all priced on spec. Send a brief and I’ll reply within a few hours.
