The brief
The house had been listed for four months on a set of images that flattened it. Midday light, over-wide lenses, no sense of the grounds it sits in. The vendor wanted a relaunch rather than a refresh, and a set of assets the agency could push across portals, print and social on the same day.
We shot it across one afternoon into dusk: interiors first while the light through the sash windows was even, then exteriors and aerials as the sky turned. A Matterport scan ran alongside the stills so the new listing could carry a full walk-through from the hour it went live.
